Shipping policy
Shipping Times:
- National Orders (USA): 7–14 business days.
- International Orders: 7–31 business days. Please note that international shipping costs may be higher, and customs procedures vary by country, which can affect delivery times drastically. Please contact your local shipping service if you believe your order is being held up in customs.
Shipping and Customs Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and customs, including taxes. We are not legally or financially responsible if customs in your country seize your package. You are responsible for ensuring your domestic law prior to making a purchase and ensuring said purchased item is able to be imported.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
- Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping information at no additional costs. Please contact us immediately.
- After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, you will need to contact the courier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrectly addressed packages due to customer error. If the carrier returns the package to us due to customer error, we will provide you with an invoice for the reshipping fee. Once payment is received, your package will be reshipped, and standard shipping times will apply.
Courier Marks as Delivered, But You Did Not Receive It:
If your courier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, we ask that you wait another business day as courier delivery vehicles can automatically update a package as delivered prematurely and may have been a mistake. We recommend contacting the courier used directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
