Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.
Our keycaps come with intuitive software that lets you customize your keys with unique sounds. Access to the software is exclusive to customers who have purchased a product. Upon purchase, you'll receive a product key in your order confirmation and via email. Simply download the software, enter your product key, and personalize your keycap’s sound to match your style. The audio will seamlessly play through your connected audio device. This is completely optional!
