Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy per our warranty, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If it has been longer than 30 days, then you will not be able to return your item. Tampering with our products once delivered will void the warranty.

Cancellation before shipping
Please note that all customers must email or contact us before their product is shipped if they wish to request a cancellation. Not all cancellation requests can be approved, as this depends on how quickly the product is processed and shipped.

Refunds 
To be eligible for a refund, your return should be received by our warehouse and in unused condition. For quality purposes, we will do an inspection on your return. If the inspection has passed, the price of the item will be sent automatically to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We recommend using the same courier service that delivered your order to help make the process quicker. Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the price paid for the item at the time of purchase.

Please note that the return process may vary in time, so we encourage you to monitor your tracking page for updates. Additionally, international purchases and returns may incur higher shipping costs. This is out of our control, and we are unable to intervene with shipping costs. You can contact your local customs agency for any questions regarding the price of shipping.

Sale Items
Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exceptions will only be made in the case of the wrong product being received, damaged items, or defects.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you return the item you wanted to exchange, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the item you wanted to exchange for.
